You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Brands are responsible for truthful campaign briefs, lawful products and claims, funding, approvals, and payment commitments. Creators are responsible for authentic content, agreed deliverables, disclosures, and deadlines.

Campaign funds, fees, wallet balances, and payouts are recorded in the Ziax Space ledger and processed through configured providers. Provider availability, verification, settlement times, and fees may vary by currency and country.

Do not manipulate engagement, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, misuse payment systems, harass users, bypass platform safeguards, or use Ziax Space to promote illegal products or activities.

We may restrict accounts or campaigns that violate these terms or create risk. We may update the platform and these terms as the service develops.
