When can creators apply to a campaign?
A campaign must be published, funded, within its application window, and have available creator slots.
How are campaign funds protected?
Funding is recorded in the campaign escrow ledger. Creator allocations are released after the brand approves completed deliverables.
How do creators submit deliverables?
Accepted applications show the campaign deliverables and submission area in the creator Applications section. Creators can submit notes and links for brand review.
Which currencies does Ziax Space support?
Campaigns and wallets can use NGN or USD. Available funding and payout methods depend on the configured payment provider and the user’s saved details.
Can I update my profile after registering?
Yes. Use Profile and Settings to update your public information, contact details, country, payment preferences, notifications, avatar, and banner.
How do campaign analytics work?
Brands can record metric snapshots such as reach, impressions, views, clicks, conversions, and revenue. Tracking links can add attribution to campaign traffic.
